Prestige Classes of Shakandara

DWARVEN BATTLERAGER

Few things are more frightening than a raging dwarf, especially if that dwarf is covered in spikes and enjoys charging recklessly into battle.  Dwarven battleragers are an elite force in Shakandara, often serving as guards for the highest level of officials and dignitaries in dwarven lands.  Their strategy is rather simple; don a suit of spiked armor, go berserk, and throw yourself at the enemy.  Because they use their bodies as weapons, dwarven battleragers like to charge and bull rush their opponents.  Many dwarven battleragers don't carry weapons (they are the weapon) and some like their armor so much that they never take it off.  Armor is a status symbol for battleragers; the better the material and craftsmanship of the armor, the higher the status of the warrior.  Further, although many suits are often crafted as highly ornate, the dents and scratches they receive over time reflect a further increase in the status of the warrior.

Class Features:
Rage: The dwarven battlerager can go into rage the listed number of times per day (stacks on other rage abilities).  This rage is identical to the barbarian's rage ability.  These bursts of rage are in addition to any rages the dwarven battlerager gets from other classes (such as the barbarian).

Reckless Charge: When the dwarven battlerager charges he gains a +4 bonus to his attack roll instead of the +2 bonus normally received.  If the charge was an attack then the dwarven battlerager also gains a +2 bonus to damage.  However, the dwarven battlerager suffers a -4 penalty to Armor Class for charging instead of the -2 penalty normally received.

Fury of Armor Spikes: The dwarven battlerager is better able to grapple, given his experience in this frenzied fighting style.  He gains a +2 competency bonus to all grapple checks.  Upon a successful grapple, only while wearing spiked armor, the dwarven battlerager gains an additional 1d6 damage during the grapple attack.  At 5th level, the dwarven battlerager gains a +3 grapple bonus and the additional damage is now +2d6 (not stackable with the 2nd level ability).

Sleep in Armor: The dwarven battlerager can sleep in armor as easily as he can sleep in normal clothing.

Raging Speed: When the dwarven battlerager uses his rage ability his speed increases by 10 feet.

Destructive Rage: The dwarven battlerager gains the Destructive Rage feat per Master of the Wild.

Spiked Gauntlet Specialization: The dwarven battlerager gains the Weapon Specialization feat for free and it is automatically applied to spiked gauntlets.  The feat is gained even if the dwarven battlerager does not have 4 levels of fighter.  If the battlerager already has both Weapon Specialization and Improved Weapon Focus in spiked gauntlet, this improves to Improved Weapon Specialization.

Tenacious Bull Rush: When the dwarven battlerager performs a bull rush he is considered to be one size larger than his actual size.

Vicious Follow-Through: After performing a successful charge or bull rush, the dwarven battlerager can immediately make an attack against the same opponent at his highest base attack bonus.

Greater Fury of Armor Spikes: The dwarven battlerager gains a +4 grapple bonus and the additional damage is now +3d6 (not stackable with the 2nd and 5th level abilities).

Relentless Follow-Through: After performing a successful charge or bull rush, the dwarven battlerager can immediately make 2 attacks against the same opponent; the first at his highest base attack bonus and the second at -2 melee attack.
