Trade Policy
Many trading pages will tell you to make any offer, because the worst they'll do is say "no." Please don't offer us a straight up trade if our item is of
equal or higher value than your item (this is especially true of exceptionally rare and/or powerful items). If your items are of lesser value than ours,
you will need to offer multiple items; this can only be applied to a certain limit. All the potions of Cure Serious Wounds in the campaign will still not
get you a Belt of Giant Strength +6; be practical in your offers. We will, on rare occasion, accept trades based solely on gold piece value. Usually,
in such situations, we follow a procedure similar to the LC Magic Shop; you will need to offer approximately 4x the value of our cert in certs of your own.
Please inquire first if we will consider such a trade for the item you are interested in. Some of our items have personal significance and will not be traded
lightly; we still list them anyway, as it is our philosophy that anything is tradable, for the right price. We'd rather list the item and have you decide
whether or not your willing to pay what we want for it than not list it and never give you the chance to negotiate with us about it.
Once a deal is made, we will send you a confirming e-mail listing the items you will be sending us, and a list of items we will be sending you. Print the
message and send it with your certs. Make sure that each cert has the following information, in the following format:
Traded from (character name) (date)
Traded by (player signature) (RPGA/OP#)
Traded to x______________________
Send the print-out with the certs to us. It is your decision whether or not to use certified mail (if you send by certified mail, we will do the same. Once we have received the print-out and the certs
from you, we will verify that your certs are legit and you have followed the trade procedure. We will then send back the print-out of the e-mail and the
certs you traded for.
If a group of people pool together to trade for items and make a deal together, be sure to have all involved in the trade sign their individual certs as
described above.
If any part of the trade process is not followed to our satisfaction, we will return your certs to you. We reserve the right to reject any certs we receive
without justification. Any certs we believe to be fakes will be sent to OP for validation.
Note: We will not ship to a P.O. Box address. Street addresses only, please.
